Documents Required for MD 42 Registration

For applying CDSCO MD 42, one will be required to submit the following documentation:

  • Certificate of company incorporation
  • Certificate of GST registration
  • PAN card of the company
  • Proof of business premises
  • Rent agreement / Proof of ownership
  • Proof of identity and address of directors/partners
  • Proof of qualifications of technically competent personnel
  • Proof of storage facilities
  • Affidavits and declarations
